Post OP right shoulder surgery…currently in my 10th week, Dr. Joe is handling my physical therapy. He’s ensuring that proper supervision will promote proper healing. It’s amazing how someone can navigate the human body by moving and feeling…no X-ray or MRI, range of motion is progressing well which tells me I’m in the right hands. Give this place a shot…they have made my recovery manageable.

I had total left knee replacement in April 2025 and the right knee in July 2025. The incredible folks at 5500 Merrick Rd got me ready for the right knee by taking great care and motivating me to get the left knee in shape and now doing the same for the right. They made my recovery so much better. They really are amazing, I am so thankful that I found them, I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Starting on February 6th, 2024 in Florida, I had a complete knee surgery, followed by July 31, and September 24th. As expected, I had a bacterial infection and had to be treated with infused meds through a picc line. Then changed surgeons and had another surgery Dec 11th to remove my knee, another 8 weeks of infused meds and then a new knee May22 this year.With each surgery, I had PT.With too much experience, I want to take the time to call out Dr Dan and the entire staff , for an amazing PT experience in NY. the best I've had ever. No question, I would fly back up to NY for any further PT. Knowledgeable, skilled, empathic, friendly, answered any and all questions, I had, Dr Dan pushed me to where I needed to be. I landed in NY in a wheelchair and left using a cane, mostly for balance.I can't say enough about the practice and highly recommend them. Thank you Dr Dan, Alexis, Sebastian, Erick, and others, including Evelyn at the front desk in East Meadow. I couldn't have gotten here without you

Robert Chillianis is a wonderful physical therapist. He listened, evaluated and provided exactly what I needed to heal my damaged shoulder. Dr. Dan is an amazing human being. I did my knee replacement last year and within 3 months I was practically feeling great. This year I did my other knee in January and it's 3 months later and I just went to the doctor today and he said I was doing great and didn't need any more physical therapy. Thanks to Dr Dan and his staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable to my needs. I would definitely recommend this place if anybody needs physical therapy. Thank you so much Dr Dan and team!

When I 1st stepped in to total physical therapy I was very optimistic about how my recovery was going to go. Than I met Dr. Dan and he assured me that he was going to get me back to where I was before I had surgery on my ankle form an ice hockey injury. With in 2 months of Dr. Dan working with me I was ready to get on a pair of skates. So he tells me this idea of me bringing some roller blades to the office. So I did. I get there he says put them on and we are going to skate today. So that’s what we did. A month later I was back on the ice. Dr. Dan gave me the confidence I needed to push myself to the point of where I wanted to give up but Dr. Dan had other plans for me. Definitely could not have done it with out him and the help of his crew. I would highly recommend Dr. Dan for any and all your physical therapy needs. On a side note I play ice hockey 5 times a week now thanks to Dr. Dan.

I came in after a nasty running injury in May and they helped me identify how to fix my ankle and chronic achilles tendonitis right out of the gate.Dan was awesome.
