Partner, PT, DPT, CSCS
Jack Bianchini, DPT, CSCS is a licensed physical therapist, receiving his doctorate from Touro College in 2011. He competed in powerlifting until a back injury and through his own therapies developed an interest in becoming a physical therapist.
He has developed a unique hands-on approach through a variety of post-grad coursework, in addition to having years of experience treating vestibular and balance dysfunctions which help to prevent falls and restore safety. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has helped many athletes return to their sports pain-free.

Joseph Cannisi, DPT, ATC, CSCS is a NY licensed physical therapist, athletic trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and Graston Technique provider. Dr. Cannisi is originally from Island Park Long Island and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sacred Heart University with a BS in Athletic Training and Stony Brook University with a Doctorate of physical therapy.
Dr. Cannisi’s specialties are in the treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries as well as in sports performance training. Joe has managed the treatment and performance training for intramural, club sports, and professional athletes at Clemson University, Stony Brook University, Farmingdale State College, and for many of Long Island’s elite hockey players .
Joe served as a clinical instructor for doctorate students from across the country and was a mentor for students at Clemson University with interest in the professions of physical therapy and athletic training where he also directed the healthcare program for Clemson University club and intramural athletes.

Raymond N. Cecora PT, DPT, MS, graduated from Downstate Medical Center in May of 1992 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. He then continued his education at Touro College, receiving his Advanced Masters Degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in June of 2004. Following his Master’s degree, he completed his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in May of 2005.
In addition, he is a certified ergonomics assessment specialist as well as a personal trainer. He has a unique perspective in the field of physical therapy. In September of 1983, he sustained a severe spinal cord trauma that left him critically injured and paralyzed. Consequently, he attended four years of physical therapy to learn how to walk again. It was at this time that he developed a great respect for the field of physical therapy.
As a patient and clinician, he has developed a deep understanding of physical dysfunction that has enabled him to help thousands of people recover from injury, illness, and surgery.

Lou Mastrangelo graduated from Nassau Community College where he earned his Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy. His areas of interest include sports physical therapy and post-operative care in addition to having eleven years of experience treating patients who suffer from balance and gait dysfunction.

Travis Tennie is a licensed physical therapist. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2016. Travis played four years of division one soccer at Adelphi, prior to Physical Therapy school, and has a strong background in sports physical therapy as an athlete and a clinician.
Manager
Linda has been the practice manager at Park Physical Therapy since 2010. Linda has over 25 years managerial experience ranging from being the Director at Zimmer School to office manager of various health practices before joining us at Park Physical Therapy. Linda’s attention to detail and multitasking abilities make her a vital part of our team.
PTA, ATC
Nora Bolin, graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a bachelor degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine in which she gained professional experiences working with athletes to prevent and treat injuries. Nora then graduated Summa Cum Laude from Nassau Community College with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Nora has a deep knowledge of on and off the field injuries from her years of experience as an Athletic Trainer. She has a wide array of manual interventions and she has a passion for helping patients restore their ability to return to leisure activities such as walking, running and athletic activities. She is also experienced in aiding in fail prevention and balance tasks.

Aaron Brown, PTA is a board certified and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, who graduated from Nassau Community College with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Aaron found himself interested in Physical Therapy at a young age, with the dream of following in his father’s footsteps and becoming a therapist himself. With years of experience working in health care as a facilities manager for a family owned and operated clinic, Aaron acquired the skills necessary to provide a unique personalized approach to each and every patient he treats.
Aaron treats a variety of ages, and cases ranging from orthopedic injuries to neurologic conditions. Aaron is a dedicated therapist focused on a high quality patient care approach. Aaron has developed a unique skillset and knowledge of manual interventions as well as highly specific therapeutic exercise designation. He strives to help his patients return to daily life with a speedy recovery. Aaron’s one-on-one method with each patient makes them feel welcomed here at Syosset Physical Therapy and Athletic Training!

Daniel Chillianis is a Board Certified and NY licensed physical therapist. Dr. Chillianis graduated from Touro College in 2022 as the Valedictorian of his class where he also received the Highest Clinical Honor. Daniel found his passion for physical therapy from his extensive time as a patient while rehabbing from two separate ACL Reconstruction Surgeries.
Daniel enjoys treating all populations of patients ranging from balance and fall prevention to high-level athletes. He feels one of his unique strengths in the field of physical therapy is his experience as a patient and his ability to relate to those seeking guidance in their rehabilitation process.
Daniel approaches each patient with an individual and personalized approach forming a team-like alliance working towards a common goal. Daniel enjoys inspiring his patients to embrace movement and challenging them to reach a higher level of function in whatever they aim to achieve!
